The question we ask and tackle this time is “What are two examples of when something went wrong at a wedding? Provide one example of something that was out of your control and how you overcame it, and the second example of something that was your fault and how you overcame it, and the steps you took to prevent it from happening again.”

It’s official! The first podcast to feature expert opinions and advice from industry professionals, in the Tampa Bay region, is finally here!

Listen in while we tackle one of the most important moments in the wedding reception, the formal introductions. Also known as the Grand Entrance, this special moment is typically high energy, fast paced, and lots of fun. If all goes smoothly, this event happens very quickly. So, the need for expert timing and coordination is vital to pull it off and capture the moment!

Today’s expert wedding advice comes from industry pros like Phil Pasek (Fast Breaks Executive Entertainment), Paulina Nicka (Majesty Marketing & Events), and Heather Buczek (Heather B. Studio).

You’ll get to hear a few nightmare scenarios, that actually happened, and how to avoid situations like that during your wedding. You’ll also get to hear just how important having experienced professionals is, when looking for your vendors.

Beautiful Wedding at Armature Works Tampa

Walking into this venue, you knew this wedding was going to be EPIC! Matt and Caitlyn picked a beautiful, spacious venue for their big day! Tampa Armature Works is one of the newest, trendiest venues in the Tampa Bay Area-and with good reason. There were so many features of the venue that the highlight video couldn’t even cover!

After the ceremony and cocktail hour, which were in the adjacent atrium, the large bay windows actually lifted up like garage doors to open and reveal the beautifully decorated reception area. The guests were amazed and couldn’t stop talking about how cool the transition from ceremony to reception area was.

In the reception hall, there was plenty of space for dining tables, decorations and a huge, real wood dance floor area. The venue had an amazing lighting system that really made the reception more fun and lively, when it was time to dance.

The venue also featured a HUUUUGE video display, where everyone enjoyed a nice slide show of the bride and groom’s pictures together, over the years.

When doing the grand entrance, this Bridal Party really knew how to have fun! The crowd screamed for all of the couples that were announced and really went crazy with excitement and clapping when the Bride and Groom were finally announced!

The decor, flowers, lighting, and of course the DJ….were all amazing!

Rascon & Aziz Wedding – October 13, 2013

This is a small video sample of DJ Jose’ , as he hosted the Rascon and Aziz Wedding. The venue was Selby Gardens in Sarasota Florida. Their ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception were all held on the back garden of this beautiful estate.

This wedding was so much fun, and included a great, Grand Entrance that was choreographed to Gangnam Style. Unfortunately, we were not able to capture that moment. 🙁
